Description of Service

Cali is a notepad-style calculator application that allows you to write natural expressions, perform calculations, and organize your work in documents. The Service does not require an account and stores all data locally on your device.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of any documents and calculations you create using Cali. All data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored with your cloud provider (such as iCloud), not with Cali.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cali and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
